Early donor enthusiasm fuels a strong campaign to flip Washington’s 3rd District
Chehalis, WA – Republican John Braun’s campaign announced today that it raised more than $330,000 in the fourth quarter of 2025 and has over $700,000 cash on hand. Since announcing his candidacy on August 12, Braun had raised a total of more than $839,000, with more than 98% of those contributions coming from donors in Washington State.
Braun is a U.S. Navy veteran, citizen legislator, and president of Braun Northwest, a family-owned manufacturer of emergency vehicles that provides more than 350 jobs in the region. He brings decades of leadership experience in the military, public service, and business.
“John Braun is working hard to represent the people of Southwest Washington, and that commitment shows in his character, his record, and the effort he’s made to meet voters across the district over the past three months,” said campaign manager Max Lavey. “John isn’t running to play politics or serve his own interests—he wants to go to Washington, D.C. to get things done.”
Over the past three months, Braun has traveled throughout Southwest Washington, meeting with residents and community leaders across the district, listening to their concerns, and discussing the common-sense conservative approach he will bring to Congress.
“I’m committed to serving the people and families of Southwest Washington in Congress,” Braun said. “I look forward to earning their support over the next ten months.”
