Perez Says Shutting Down the Government Is a Bad Idea, but Doesn’t Bother to Vote

Here’s Marie Gluesenkamp Perez this morning on why it’s a terrible idea to vote to shut down the government today:

We agree.  And she left out the part where law enforcement funding gets slashed, veterans’ health care gets jeopardized, and service member pay gets delayed.  

So why didn’t she show up to vote?
